Light Bars are supposed to go on roof racks anyway.

However roof racks probably aren’t supposed to go on sports cars.

Also someone in Auckland is driving and parking a Unimog in the inner city, and I applaud that person. I want to daily a SWB ‘Mog.

You could also argue that lightbars aren’t for sports cars either then.

But if it works for you, it works.

How did you connect it?
I play with the idea of getting one for the Pajero, but I want it to be removable if I remove the roof rack, and I don’t want to drill the roof.

Can lightbars get mounted on Toyota Echos/Platz?

It’s riveted to the front of the roof rack. Used a wiring kit from a parts store so it is tied into the high beams with a switch to disable it completely.

It’s best when mounted on a basket. Four wingnuts and one quick disconnect and the car looks stock (except for the lift).
